Q: How long does it take for my order to ship? 

A: Orders ship in 1-3 business days.

 

Q: Can I change my shipping address after I place an order? 

A: Any changes to your order must be emailed to info@silwithakiss.com before your order ships. After it ships, we cannot make changes to the order or reroute.

 

Q: Do you accept returns? 

A: We accept returns on unused items postmarked within 5 days after receiving. Once the items have been received by Sil With A Kiss, they will be inspected for use and a refund will be issued. We provide refunds within 2-3 business days of receiving the returns however, we have no control over how quickly the banks will release the money into your account. Any items purchased while on sale are non-returnable.

 

Q: What happens if my order arrives damaged? 

A: Please reach out to us within 5 days of receiving and we will be happy to get you a replacement as soon as possible.

 

Q: Do you ship internationally? 

A: We currently are only shipping within the USA, but are working on being able to ship to more countries in the future. 

 

Q: Do you charge sales tax? 

A: For orders shipping within California, we do have to charge sales tax.

 

Q: Can I use more than one promo code at checkout? 

A: Yes. Our website supports using more than one promo code per order.
